Y’all’s Version of Community is Dictatorship, Y’all’s Version of Spirituality is Another Religion
Whenever people want to talk about “Spiritual” topics, it has a lot to do with it being based in metaphysical principals. Metaphysics is only a fraction of spirituality. Spirit is in everything regardless of what you classify it as. Even negative things carry spiritual effects, just nobody wants to talk about it because it’s not based on doctrines we recycle day by day. People in spirituality don’t want to be challenged. In essence, they want to be affirmed for what they already know without carrying the responsibility for doing any shadow work. When they’re approached with uncomfortable topics, all of a sudden it’s negative energy rather than their Neo Coretex tricking them into believing things are evil. The Devil is basically a part of your Neo Cortex telling you something is either negative or demonic, or something from the outside is coming from a negative entities. These entities are real, but it becomes misdirected when there isn’t negative energy, but being offended by a point of view that is supposed to open you up to a perspective that has always been in the dark for you. In essence, this is when Spirituality becomes a religion. If you don’t think like these people, you’re demonic or you carry negative energy. Doesn’t that sound exactly like religion? The lack of open mindedness towards gender, who you want to love, dealing with uncomfortable truths about society, etc. That is spiritual because it effects peoples being when they are being attacked for who they are. You are not more spiritual than the next person just because you decide to talk about Sacred Geometry and things that are on the surface. It just makes you a basic bitch.
Also, the notion of community is fraudulent in the black community. Y’all only want to help people when they have pennies to their name. People have to damn near humiliate themselves in order for y’all to deem them worthy of support. Supporting people is putting money into their passions so they can sustain themselves, not give them money for a light bill they could’ve paid doing what they love. Y’all support people when they’re down and out, and not support their business that will keep them thriving for years. Your priorities are backwards. You don’t care for people like you say. You want people to think and act like you, and that is not community. It’s not to say you have to like people, but you’re going to come across people who aren’t like you, does that make them any less worthy of aid? That essentially is violence towards the oppression of your own people, because it gets done to mainly queer/gay/trans people. We have a lot to unpack about the community, even unlearning why homophobia is so rampant in our community, because it has so many roots. Many black people subconsciously correlate gay men to black men being buckbreaked, the rape of black men, and those two don’t intersect. The colonization of black people didn’t create gay people, it created hatred that got ingrained into our community. It taught us to discount people who struggle more than lightskinned, gay, or trans people through colorism and homophobia. It taught us hatred. For people who hate white people, your politics, agenda, and economics rely on a Caucasian infrastructure. Becoming a billionaire means that you cut wages and abused workers to get it in America. Are you willing to do that to your own people? Being a community means combining wealth, helping people when they cannot help themselves. Paying for therapy, having insurance programs for people getting back on their feet, giving good paying job opportunities, funding people for housing and jobs, etc. That reduces crime. People only mainly commit crimes due to lack of resources and trauma. Y’all don’t wanna have that conversation because your community relies on people who are healed and healing, but not towards people who are constantly getting broken, but not towards people who don’t know how to. This means you too need healing if you cannot understand that
