Before you read this, I want to note that this is a compressed version of the 3 Parts I have on my Patreon (Tai Soleil) where I go into more detail of how you can use dream work and how to use this in context to astrology. I also teach how to set up dream realms and how to gain context from them. I always give my Patrons the cream of the crop because that’s a community where I share some of my best tips, practices, and methods that help me and others along their journeys.

What are dreams?

Dreams are your subconscious way of getting your attention. Though, it may not always be the best way to get your attention depending on themes, looking through the meanings can put the pieces together.

Dream Realms

In my dream world I can have dreams about the same area, which I call realms. They say you cannot dream of something you’ve never seen before. Even if the scene or images are new to you, it is based on something you forgot you saw, or a combination of images you’ve seen in your lifetime. This can also serve as a databank of energies of your past and present lives, depending on what you believe. I can map out my whole dream world if I wanted to, and tell you what I’ve done there, and my favorite places to go!

You’ll also get instances where people will say they dream about their dreams will continue on and will be about the same thing. This can be a past life regression where you have been in this energy in a past life, or this can be a thing where your subconscious is trying to tell you something through reoccurring themes.

Astral Projection vs Lucid Dreaming

Astral Projection is different than Lucid Dreaming. Lucid Dreaming is you know you’re in a dream, and you are exploring the realm. Astral Projection is your Astral Body coming out of you, and is attached to your body still. You cannot die doing this because the Astral Body stays with you as long as the main body is still alive. When you Astral Project, you can interact with your immediate environment, or even visit things that exist in your reality, even if it’s light years away, or a parallel reality.

How to use Dream Work using Astrology

So many people will go to google and look up their dreams using outdated, boring, dream dictionaries that barely work. That’s cute and all but I don’t really do that anymore. They haven’t done much to help me understand much of anything other than the foundations of things such as water representing the emotional state, or giving birth, which means the birth of something new such as an idea. Other than that, I look to occult symbolism or even research the subject to see if I can find any resonance in my life. No matter how wild the dream is, I can dissect it, especially using Astrology.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1. The Rulership Book by Rex E. Bills (link for this book can be found here)

My whole booklist can be found here

2. The Natal Chart with an estimate of when you were having the dream. I’m gonna get a sleep app and see if that helps specify. I say even try recording the time as soon as you wake up because this was when your consciousness needed to gain the message.

3. Your Natal Chart to do overlaps.

So what I do is I write down every object that was in my dream, and look towards the signs and planets that correspond in my chart and in the Natal chart to see what could be happening.

Now this isn’t an easy thing to do, BUT, if you have reoccurring dreams, this can be a great time for you to start drawing out your world. You don’t have to be an artist, but drawing them out is going to help you understand what these dreams mean in context to the last two parts I made. Reason being is, I’m sure I’m not the only one, one dream feels like you’ve been in that area in another dream. That’s because you have! Either the scenery slightly shifted due to time, or you’re next to where that dream was locationally.

Found this in my archives! Enjoy:

If you wanna get into dream interpretation as divination, it's called oneiromancy.

Here's some asteroids on how to work with your dreams:

(658) Asteria- Goddess of oneiromancy

(3258) Somnium- Spirits who create dreams

Morpheus (4197) - Son of Sleep/Personifies dreams

The Somnium are called the Oneroi (Dreams) in Greek. The three fly through two pillars when the sun goes down. The horn pillar is finding god like prophecies from your dreams, the ivory one is where false/meaningless dreams are found.
