The Asteroid Pallas in the chart and the Pick Me Mentality/Misogyny

In this dissertation I wanted to talk about Pallas, in the mythology, she took no sides, man or woman. If you were to really talk about it you would think she was a pick me for her behavior of turning Medusa into a serpent all because she got assaulted by a man she liked. In all, she was someone who didn’t care who you were, she judges people based on intellect, and as we seen, hurt. When I think of Pallas, I think of someone who is very smart, but as we’ve seen that a lot of Pick Me’s have this tendency to do things that will gain the attention of man. Athena used her intellect for herself, but this gained a lot of attention of men. No matter how hard she worked, she was still viewed as just a basic woman who didn’t know anything. Her intellect didn’t gain her anything, and in a way, I feel like she used her intellect to say that she was better than woman who didn’t use their heads. That didn’t gain her the respect she thought she would get, but she still known in history as a woman of wisdom.

I feel like wherever Pallas is in your chart can show these qualities. It will not only show wisdom and how you tend to use your intellect, but it can also show where you tend to feel like you need to compete with women to gain something. She is so wheat competitive in nature. It can also show how you’ve dealt with and faced misogyny in your life.
